How does Cloud of Goods work?
Visit cloudofgoods.com on your desktop or mobile device, search for what you need, and simply make a reservation. Your reserved item(s) will be delivered to your destination by our friendly Cloud of Goods Delivery Team. We deliver anywhere: hotel, airport, residence, Airbnb, office building, ice cream shop, you name it!! When you’re done with your gear, we’ll swing by to pick it up from you. It’s that easy!

What if the item I want is not listed?
We’ll be shocked if our selection doesn’t hold an item you are looking for, but we’ll do everything we can to get it for you! We can find ways to source your item from our small business partners. If you do not see the item you want on cloudofgoods.com, email email@example.com and let us know what item will make your life easier. After all – that’s what we’re here for
Do you charge a security deposit / how do I pay?
Absolutely not! We trust our community to return the items in original condition at the end of the rental period. Instead, we charge the full amount of your rental at the time of reservation. No hidden fees or repeat charges. We accept all forms of credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & Discover.
Do you offer a protection plan?
We trust you, but we realize accidents can happen. For a small daily fee, we’d be happy to include you on our protection plan which would waive you of liability of accidental damages. If you want to know more about the protection plan and what it covers feel free to ask!
What if my delivery and pickup locations are different?
What?!?! Just kidding… not a problem! As long as the delivery and pickup locations are within our San Francisco, Orlando, Anaheim and Las Vegas delivery zones, we can make it happen. Just let us know at the time of reservation or no later than 24 hours before the pickup time.
I’m staying at a Disney/Universal hotel in Orlando. Are you able to leave the equipment at the bell desk?
Due to limited space at the Disney/Universal hotels in Orlando, we will meet you in person to deliver and pick up your item(s) at a specified time of your choosing. You can always call your hotel ahead of time and request for us to leave it at the hotel bell desk. Either way, we are happy to accommodate!
What if I have to cancel my order?
We’re super sad to see you go, but if you cancel at least 48 hours from the rental start date we can refund the full amount of your rental. Cancellations less than 48 hours from the rental start date will be non-refundable, including early returns.
Is there a storefront where customers can pick-up or drop-off the equipment?
Delivery is our specialty! Your equipment will be brought to you in San Francisco, Anaheim, Orlando, or Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. We can even meet you in person at airports, Disney parks and attractions, casinos – you name it!
